I have att&t my wife locked here up by accident,every time u try a wrong code it adds time till u can try again its up to 1000mins now,I called them and went to the store to .there answer is get a upgrade and be locked into a contract for 2 more years.u would think they would stand behind there product and help me fix it,instead they want me to spend hours on the phone with Samsung r Microsoft,I bought the phone from them not from Samsung r Microsoft.all they want is more money and u to be tied to them.
