The contacts is Automatically listed in the format of (Second Name, First Name) is there any way to reverse it by (First Name Second Name) as in Outlook contacts. I didn't find any option to do so, any solution.
Please help.

Hi Ibrahim,

Changing the default "File as" order in Outlook affects any contacts you add
thereafter, but it does not update those contacts entered prior to the time
you changed the default.

To change the method of filing of Contacts on your PPC, you could alter it
in Microsoft Outlook as per the following instructions for every Contact
record which changes.

1. Open the Contacts section in Microsoft Outlook on the Desktop.
2. Now open one of the Contacts.
3. Under the File As drop down menu select the method in which you
wish to save the Contact record to your PPC.
4. After making necessary changes, click on Save and Close button.

Some third-party software, such as Pocket Informant, offer several display
options, including the choice to use the Outlook File as Setting. It also
allows you to produce a similar looking result without using the Outlook
File as Setting. For more information visit ---
