Can I convert a Yahoo contact list to an Outlook contact list?

Yes you can, just export the contacts to a csv and then import them in outlook.
Yahoo: contacts, actions>export all From there you should be asked a format, Outlook or csv should be one of the options. Save it somplace easy to remember.
Outlook : File, open, import, Begins the import wizard where you select import from another program or file>next, CSV>next and then browse to the yahoo csv file yo already saved.
