Our tax money at its best...??? off with his head, clean up that trash, please. I do not see were it is fair for the rest of us to be working out tails off to make a half way normal living, yet people such as this get a free ride behind bars for 30 years? How much money does that cost tax payers a week, month, years? What a waste of space.

Our tax money at its best...??? off with his head, clean up that trash, please. I do not see where it is fair for the rest of us to be working our tails off to make a halfway normal living, doing honest things. Yet people such as this get a free ride behind bars for 30 years? How much money does that cost tax payers a week, month, years? What a waste of space. What would happen if this happened overseas? The states are too kind to people who do not respect life and laws in general.

our jail system is so fucked up...people live better in jail these days...wtf? kill those convicts and give the wasted money back to the people

What a dumbass! Putting all that on FaceBook for the world to see. No wonder the dipshit is in prison. He's obviously not the smartest person, not even remotely.

Shame that a waste of flesh like him procreated. Just hope that little girl of his fell far, far away from the tree.

I'm assuming that the blackberry is what enabled his facebook account. However sending him to a "maximum" security prison does little to solve the problem. Every guard, officer, janitor, and the warden of that prison needs to be fired and tried for aiding and abating a criminal. The bong easy enough to make, the knife also easy enough to come up with (talk to an ex-con sometime really amazing what people can come up with), and given the right circumstances the weed can be grown and or brought in(much like liquor). But the cell phone? That is obviously being facilitated by the prison staff. A visitor could bring one in but getting it to the inmate should be nearly impossible without the help of the guards.

[citation][nom]alidan[/nom]what you mean the fact that prisons are little more than schools to teach criminals to be more criminal, or that prisoners and guards have an understanding in most prisons, "we don't f s up if you let us do what we going to do"[/citation]

Plus the prison industry (figure that, an industry trade group for prisons?) actively lobbies for more crime to be punished with prison time. The more prisoners, the more tax $$ they can get..

At least that is how its become in the US...
