Solution
Ultrabook != Gaming.

The very small case means you've got TDP issues (no room for a big heatsink/fan), plus there's usually a very slow, if any, dedicated GPU due to board space and again cooling.

You're usually better off getting something slightly thicker and heavier, or a desktop and cheap thin-and-light for text type stuff only.

Solution
It does depend on what you consider 'gaming'. If we're talking about BF3, most laptops will have lots of trouble. If you're talking flash stuff, older 3D games, or minecraft, an ultrabook is a reasonable choice. That also has a 740M, whcih I didn't notice at first, so it's better than expected.
