Cooling pad for Lenovo Y700 still works after laptop shut-down

Hi to all,
I have just bought a brand new USB powered cooling pad for my Lenovo Y-700 laptop.
And its fans still work after the laptop is tottaly turned off!

How can I fix this problem?
Please tell me!

Are you sure, the laptop is turned off and not just in sleep mode?

Did you try another USB port?
BTW - USB 2.0 port of your laptop has Always-on function.

Yes the laptop is completely turned off!And the cooling pad is connected to an USB 2.0 port!

Is there a way to turn off the port?

search in BIOS for USB always on or similar and deactivate it. Or try other USB ports

I disabled it in BIOS,now everything is OK!
