Question Core i3-2310 upgrade help

Hi,

I have an Asus K43SJ with Core i3 2310M, HM65 chipset and planning to upgrade to a compatible i7. (Processor is replaceable with the said model)

I have looked online for compatible processors and here is my shortlist:

i7-2630QM (Q1 2011, 45W)
i7-2670QM (Q4 2011, 45W)
i7-2710QE (Q1 2011, 45W)
i7-2720QM (Q1 2011, 45W)
i7-2760QM (Q4 2011, 45W)

Does anyone experienced upgrading the same processor model? Or better yet, the same brand/model?

Any downside?

Am not sure because i never done that BUT i search for this and find out that ASUS K43sj core i 3 2310M can be compitable with Core™ i7 2630QM Processor
