Corrupt SD card? recover photos?

I transferred photos from my SD card - CF 700X - and only half of them transferred, then it said I had to reformat to the card to use it. Is there any way to recover the lost photos (about 800 of them)?

try this program. i use it all the time. almost always gets everything. make sure you do a deep scan.

I'm having a similar issue and Recuva can't find the files that are damaged even during deep scan. Would anyone have any other suggestions? Thank you.
