Ive got a dell all in 1 computer that ive had for 1 year. It was getting slow, so I decided to factory reset it lastnight. I clicked remove everything. The only popups I bothered with after clicking reset were "A configuration change was requested to remove this computers tpm" and I rejected that change. My computer then said it couldnt remove all files and was stuck on 100% all night. I decided to turn it off and turn it bsck on and a white screen appear"Your computer doesnt seem to be starting correctly" and did a hard drive health test and it came out normal. Now its been stuck on a black screen with the loading sign at the bottom. Can anybody help me

In worst case scenario you have broken your hdd and than you need to build in a new one + purchasing another windows lisence.

What is the model of your pc ? any buttons on the back that say ->>cmos?
