Solved! CPU 100c while gaming, 70c on idle

My problem is my cpu temprature. While gaming temprature is 100c, on idle (on desktop chrome etc) its around 60c.
My laptop is Lenovo Legion y520 i7 configuration.
SPECS :
i7 7700HQ
GTX 1050TI 4 GB GDDR5 RAM
8 GB DDR4 RAM
256 GB SSD
And i think its the problem of my fps drops ( 80 fps to 30fps ). Keep in mind that 'Extreme Cooling is on.. ( Basically makes the fans spin at max )
QnA:

Q: What program do u use for checking temps?
A: I use MSI Afterburner.

Q: Have you tried checking if there is dust on fans?
A: I cant really see right now but, tommorow ( 6th January ) I will try to clean the fans with a vaccum cleaner.

Q: How old is the laptop?
A: Well, I bought the laptop around 2018 Febuary 10th-30th...

I hope someone helps me out because if i overheat or fudge up this laptop i wont have anything to game on :0

If that is accurate the cooling is broken and I would try to get it fixed under warranty since it’s not that old. Do try to blow dust out with compressed air.

Okay I will ask my dad to go and try to return it and get a new one.. Thank you for commenting!
