CPU cooler loud.

how can i make the cpu cooler fan quieter? its a stock AMD HEATSINK AND FAN.

You need to replace the whole unit with a cooler master Hyper 212 EVO or Cryorig H7. Stock AMD coolers are not very good.

if the cooler on the cpu port first check it rpm speed it the bios if it maxing out at 2000rmp or more it going to be loud. make sure the cpu fan is set to quiet mode or low speed. if it wont slow down make sure the stock cooler on right and there was thermal paste installed. cpu fan should slow down when there light loud on the cpu if not there a issue with the cooler or the mb.
