CPU Fan goes crazy when in normal mode

Hi, I have an Fujitsu LifeBook AH531 and everything was normal, but one day my fan started going crazy, in my BIOS I have an option for my CPU fan speed to be "Quiet" or "Normal" and when it's set to Quiet everything is ok, but when I set it to Normal, after a few minutes the fan starts to make weird noise. I removed the fan and put it back, tightened every screw, reset the BIOS, but nothing worked.

You may need to replace the fan. They do go bad.

I replaced the fan with a spare one and this time the fan was running normal, maybe there was something wrong with the old fan, since I have it from the day I bought this laptop around 2012.

Yeah. I recently had to replace one in a desktop for the same reason. Glad it is solved.
