cpu or gpu

I am unable to decide between two laptops both from hp :
1). core i7 5500u 4mb cache 2.4ghz o.c 3ghz with nvidia gt 840m
2). core i5 4210u 3mb cache 1.7ghz o.c 2.7ghz with 4gb nvidia gtx 850m
I will mainly use this laptop for photo and video editing, Which one should i chose?
Prices are eqal

#1- the Core i7 5500u is the faster of the two CPU's, and would be preferred for video editing. It also has faster clock speeds.

Also, realize that they are both 15W notebook cpu's, that are dual core, and neither is really ideal for video editing.

what about i5 4210m 3mb cache 2gb 850m graphics? is it better than the two notebooks mentioned above?
