CPU spped too low?

I wonder , if i get this latop, will the cpu speed cripple me? It has a nice video card in it. ANd I am looking to do some low, to med settings gaming. Like Battlefield 3, newer MMO's and lots of older games. Like to watch videos, maybe record some gameplay etc.

I currently have only a desktop., which has and AMD Athlon II X4 cpu, and a geforce 460 gt.

SO how well would this latopp compare? and is something I can get maybe a little faster, for around the same price?

it will do a bit of gaming, but on lower details only. it's probably one of the fastest graphics cards available for ultraportables, anything over 740m wouldn't fit in such a slim case.
