Solved! CPU temp 104 C ???

Samsung A10-4600 APU, fan is running but the temp on the CAM software shows 102-104 C and the fan speed is shown as -- ( no fan speed) both on the GPU and CPU.
Windows 10 has given more than a 100 notifications in the last 2 hours.
The fan is running but sound a bit slow. im not sure. bought this laptop 2nd hand from someone.
What should i do in order to know if the temp is actually ok or not.

What is the make and model of your laptop?

Get HWINFO, run it in sensor more and tell us what the CPU and GPU temps are like ?
if it is that high the system is slow because it is throttling the cpu to try to cool it down.

Either your heatsink paste is not there or needs replacing AND/OR your cpu fan needs replacing.

Are you on the latest BIOS update for your Samsung laptop? Mind sharing the SKU for your unit? With all other temp monitoring app's closed, see what HWMonitor tells you.

CPU package (TSI) 101C
CPU (Tctl) 48C

GPU thermal Diod 49 C
GPU TS0 (DispIO) 49 C

Does this help...... please advise.

and no where can i find the Fan RPM ....
