I have the XPS 13 i5 7200U 8GB RAM 256GB SSD
I decided too undervolt it so that is could be a little less hot. I was able to by -0.1V. I then got Prime95 and the core temp got up to 93C! I'm sure that that is way too much.
Could any provide any answers/tips? Thank You.

93 is very high for your laptop. I would not recommend doing anything too intensive as it is a small laptop and is not built for power users. If you want to stick with xps range, look at the 15 inch version. If you are a gamer then look for desktop replacements if space is an issue or small form factor pcs.
Don't run Prime on Dell laptops; I really don't think of a Dell laptop as having the latest and greatest cooling solutions the world has to offer.... Be content if it plays your games.

Any tips? - Yes. Don't run games on a laptop. Overheating is always going to be an issue with laptops if you push them.

Build yourself a gaming desktop (or get it custom-built for you).
