CPU upgrade on HP 4535s Laptop

I have a Hp Pro book 4535s Laptop with AMD A4 3300M APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1900MHZ duel core processor ,4 gb Ram and 320 hdd. Can I upgrade to a AMD A6-3410MX socket FS1 quad core laptop CPU AM3410HLX43GX Llano HD 6520G GPU? I have checked and the CPU is not soldered in and relatively easy to install and both CPUs have 775 sockets so, it is physically possible but is it compatible and do I need other drivers and software.
