Cpu very hot (90º celcius)

Hi , i have a asus n750jv, and in the first year i bought it, i could run like minecraft(i dont play minecraft anymore) at 200-300 fps, but now when i test my computer on minecraft, with the lower settings the max i can have is 80fps !! On realtemp my cpu hits 90º while only having chrome open, but my tjmax is 105º so i never had overheating shutdown problems, but sometimes, when i touch where the cpu is located, i feel like i can cook there !! I already clleaned my fan, replaced the termal paste , and yes, i have a good antivírus (kaspery total security)
Can someone please help me ??

Please do install the latest driver for your graphics card. Uninstall the old graphics card driver from Device Manager and in Programs and Feature then download and install the latest driver from this link. nvidia.com/download/index.aspx. Use the Auto Detect function to the site can give you the latest and most accurate driver. Make sure to reboot the PC once the latest driver has been installed.

There's no way the CPU is reaching 90° centigrade -- at that temperature your CPU would be irreparably damaged.
