CPUs miss behavior ASUS S550CM

hey guys, i have an Intel i7 3517U @1.9GHz and turbo to 3.0GHz but something went wrong these days, i just realize that my cpu clock speed won't go above 0.96GHz which means its pretty slow than the stock clock. because of that i can't play game smoothly.

the weird things is, if i turn it on and directly play game it will go above 2 GHz and just like an usual CPU does, but if I quit the game and try to play it again the CPU won't go Over 0.96GHz just like what i said above.

i've tried to reset my BIOS and don't work

and also the temparute just normal.

It might be your cooler. Open up the device and get out all the dust. Tell me if it changed anything.

I have find the answer, I think it's jut a bug in windows 10 and I need to change the value of thermal solution in power options to 10W, it's weird, it won't go above 0,96GHz with 20W of TDP and it will perform well with just 10W of TDP
