Creating a tourist map

Hello everyone,

I have been given a task to create a tourist map of a farm. Something like this:

Does anyone know what software would be good for making this kind of a map?
I've heard Adobe Illustrator is a good option.

never used illustrator though imagine it would do the job ok

i use gimp which has the advantage of being free

google probably has some good free options as well like sketch or auto draw

guess some of it will depend how steep a learning curve the software has if you are a beginner

i find adobe stuff great but not easy to get the hang of in the beginning
