Custom shortcut icon whenever the shortcut goes

Hey people, i need a shortcut for a program to have a specific custom icon on it and the icon not to go away when i move the shortcut to a new directory or computer

Richt-click on the shortcut, in the Shortcut tab click Change Icon, select what you want. If the shortcut moves, as long a the icon location does not move, it will move with the shortcut.
