Cyborg FREQ5 USB sound distorted and crackling

Alright guys, so basically I purchased a CYBORG FREQ5 USB, in the past I had another USB which I assumed had the problem itself. But this headset is having the same problem. When I plug my USB in ANY USB socket the sound is really distorted and crackly. I have a video of my desktop as an example of the sound here:

I run on Windows 7, If anybody has a solution to fixing this I would be really happy, as this headset did not come cheap heh.

I think your levels are turned up too high.
you are overloading the input with too much signal.
