That usually means the drive is borked. I'd send/take it back. Should never have that on a brand new drive.
Hi, thanks for replying
Returning it will be difficult because I'm from outside the US, I ordered it from Amazon and sending it back might be a problem. Is there a way I can format it if windows doesn't recognize it? Maybe from BIOS? Because when I tried to initialize it I was able to choose the disk's name as well as the label (D but that does not appear, the disk shows as unknown and not initialized
P.D. sorry for my redaction, my mother tongue is spansh, it is hard to find the right way to express myself sometimes
