Date Battery Died

My date battery died while I was taking pictures and wont load on my laptop . I can see the pictures on my SD card. How can I load or get all photos on from my SD card to my laptop? I'm in a real jam .

Does you laptop have an SD card reader or is that part of the issue? If it does not have one you can easily find a card reader that you can plug into a USB port on your laptop and then insert the SD card into the reader. You should then be able to retrieve the pictures from your SD card.
