Dead battery, only allow Intel and not Nvidia

Greeting from Malaysia.

As the title you've read, it seems like my laptop only allows Intel to run.
Here are the specs and information:

Laptop Acer Inspire E 14
Intel Core i5 2.3GHz up to 2.8GHz
Nvidia Geforce 920M with 2GB VRAM
4GB DDR3 L MEMORY
1000 GB HDD
1366x768
Dead Battery *this laptop had it battery implanted and cant be plug off*
can only run with a charger plugged in*due to the battery condition

Intel and Nvidia both at High Performance,
Disable Intel as a driver, does nothing...
Nvidia 3D at high performance and still nothing.

I'm assuming that the laptop stuck in Power Saver even changed into High Performance, barely can play video.
Fps dropped from 220+ to only 40+ *without hardcore programs running in the background
and now I'm stuck with Intel that thinks the laptop on low even my battery died a few months ago

help me pls. [June 16th]

It has been a month and my laptop is getting more laggier than before. I'm really need your help
