Dead or stuck pixels on new aero 14 wv7?

Not sure if these are dead pixels, or simply stuck. Received my new aero 14 wv7 last week; noticed a patch of grayish pixels this morning. I've run jscreenfix and a few others to see if they would help with no luck.

Do these look like dead or stuck pixels? Should I send this back to gigabyte/anyone know how long that would take generally?

These are not dead pixels, this is dirt or damage in backlight spreader. While these aren't dead pixels they fall into same category of picture defect, so go and send it back, but what i would try is returning it as faulty and demand exchange for new notebook or money back, this way you could get new one faster but not all sellers will do this. But remember you have 30 days from purchase to claim warranty, after 30 days it is bit harder to claim it.

Yup, definitely some dirt or something stuck behind the panel. Now to see if this is going to be worth the hassle of returning to the seller on amazon or directly to gigabyte itself, who apparently have awful customer service/take forever to rma stuff. Many thanks

gently massaged the screen a bit as per some tutorials on fixing pixels, noticably moved the "tail" that was shooting off to the left to the bottom now.
