1) You should have updated to Win 10, Win 7 isn't suggested for newer systems
2) You need to install the graphics drivers from the dell support website for your model. That is your issue right now

Problem is not Windows 7 but that it's 32bit version.
Because of this - from total 6GB or ram less than 4GB is available.
