deduction of load when using wireless wifi and load balance inquiries...

I used our own wifi connection at home just less than a minute using my smart phone (Samsung Y GT-S5360) as well as dialing a load balance Inquiries for several times.

I wonder why I was being deducted for that? I thought using wireless wifi is free. I never been deducted out of my load when dialing balance inquiry using a GSM/regular phone (NOT A SMART PHONE) now I am afraid to use our wifi and dialing balance inquiry as well since I notice that my load has been deducted every time I used them. Looks like I need to go back to my GSM phone since SMART PHONE IS COMPLICATED?

Anyone knows about my inquiries.... Thanks.....

Any carrier based account request will come via GSM for security, normal web traffic will go via wifi.
