Deep freeze and update of antiviruse problem

Hello,
cai i exclude my anti viruse(eset smart security) form deep freez program? i have a problem. at the first i update my anti viruse, and then reboot my pc. the problem this: when restat my pc, i see that update can not perform

Disable the program then run the update. I'm sure you can configure the prgram to allow certain things, have you looked at the options it has?
