deleted photos from my new cell phone

i bought a new galaxy 4 and switched from verizon to att. I took it to the verizon store and they switched everything to my new phone. They switched the pictures with the sd card. Somehow i must of by accident deleted all my pictures and they were of my late husband that just passed and i'm very upset. can you help me retreive them?

if it was deleted from the sd card there are free programs that can retrieve them as long as you havent saved anything to the card since you deleted them. Once you delete them they are not gone but when you start saving things on the card they will overwrite the pics and they will be lost.
