Dell charger won't enter computer input.

my dell windows 10 laptop is almost brand new, got it a few months ago with the charger. Everything has been doing fine until tonight where I try to plug in the charger into the computer but at a certain point it's difficult to get it in. The charger isn't bent and nothing is in the input. After I get it in, it not charging even though everything is fully connected. It's on 5% now and it hasn't changed. Help~!!!

If it's only a few month old, it should still be under warranty, so call Dell to repair it.
