ssd: 240gb
ram: 32gb
core i7 processor
Windows 11.

I only play Hero of the storm, but suddenly the pc freezer 5 sec. and returns and repeating it whenever I play.

I already changed the thermal pads, the thermal paste and updated the drivers, I don't know what to do anymore, could you help me?

I started doing temperature tests during the game, it is always at 60 C. but when it hangs up it goes up to 80 C. for a minute and then goes down to 60 C.
