Dell Inspirion 15 5000 series laptop has locked keyboard. Help!

The touch window and cursor work but the keyboard itself just stopped working.

You can try either of the following and see if they will unlock the keyboard.

Option 1. Press, together, the Windows key and the Spacebar.

Option 2. Press, together, FN key and the F6 key.

Go to your start button and go to settings. Click on EASE OF ACCESS. Then type in Keyboard. You will find your keyboard options there. When I hit on screen keyboard, it unblocked mine.
