Solved! Dell Inspirion 5748 New Ram wont boot.

I have a Dell Inspirion 17 5748, I have made sure that I have the correct memory DDR3L 1600mhz that matches the max memory that can be installed in the laptop. I even verified with the manufaturer that the memory is set to work with the laptop. Memory is 8gb Patriot Viper 1.35v. BUt when I install it I get the 2 beep (No Memory Detected) code and can't start the computer. When I reinstall the old RAM everything works fine, but I am not siure why the upgrade doesn't work. I am sure I seated it correctly as well. Any Thoughts?
