DELL INSPIRON 15 5559 BACKLIT KEYBOARD NOT activating.

Hello. I just bought a brand new dell 15 5559 laptop. The specs say it has a backlit keyboard, but i dont know how to activate it. Nor there is a button in the fn keys which show an activation sign, even thou the specs say you can activate it.
Can anyone please help and tell me how to activate the backlit keyboard?

But if it is optional does it mean i have to install some driver or software to activate it?

optional mean some have it, and some don't
which spec? from the store you bought it?
