Dell inspiron duo hang and freeze up problem

i had a dell inspiron duo laptop and my problem with this was it always freeze up everytime i opened a multiple window or if i had a multi task.. the screen was black and nothing to see i even couldnt turn it off or shut it off. please let me know what should i do. thanks.

I'm dealing with the same thing right now. Did you figure out what to do to fix the problem?
