Hi. I reset my router earlier and depowered my Laptop, waited s few minutes, then rebooted. It went to a blue screen with options to fix, however none worked. My laptop is a Refurb from a place called Virus Busters and i'm trying to find my remote system backup. Any clue how to find?

If this remote system backup is with that company, you would need to contact them. Otherwise your system would either have a separate partition that will have the original OS, or you will need a CD/DVD/USB drive with that on it.
