Dell Latitude E7440 Wont turn on

Hello, My Latitude E7440 Laptop will not power on, the battery wont charge neither the light will appear for a second than turn off. The backlit keyboard will flash for a second before turning off the only thing that stays on is the power button which will flash for a few seconds.

I've tried clearing the static out and also tried turning it on without the battery in and both failed

What do you mean?? I've tried using the other adapter and I've still have trouble

So, you have try a similar adapter and you have the same problem, but if you move the plug for the adapter in the DC jack, you still have the same problem?

Yes, I also reseated the ram too and still have issues im thinking it's the motherboard ?

Today I was able to log into my user account for a couple of seconds before it cut out.. would that be the motherboard or the power supply?
