Is this possible to upgrade new Dell mini 10 with Broadcom’s PCI-E Crystal HD Media Accelerator yourself?

Do I have to disassemble the entire system to upgrade the RAM, or is there a separate RAM bay which can be accessed from below?

Not sure about the Crystal HD Media Accelerator upgrade options. Probably best to ask that question in the Dell support forums.

Upgrading RAM means going in under the keyboard, not a backside access hatch like regular notebooks have.
