V vondejan Jan 10, 2019 2 0 10 Jan 10, 2019 #1 A Dell tech installed a new hard drive on my Dell Experion 13 7000 Series due to a fail. He said it'd take 2-3 hrs to load. It's been over 5. Is it working on it still or should I just turn it off and contact Dell tomorrow?

Solution webworkings Jan 10, 2019 I would contact them as it should not take that time and they should have reinstalled the OS for you when they replaced the drive.
