Dell or samsung

Hello,
I am thinking of buying a new laptop but find it hard to decide between these 2

if you are ONLY considering those 2 the samsung has much better graphics capability.

BUT.

The best deal in my opinion is this:

It is much cheaper, has better CPU and GPU. the RAM costs only £17 (~25euro) to get another 4GB to match and is very easy to install.

Oh and they will ship to europe no problem.... (I am guessing you are mainland europe as you have listed prices in euro...)
