The Dell Venue Pro is Windows Phone 7, this Venue is running the generic Android OS.
Windows Phone 7 OS blows this away. I have a Dell Venue Pro and it's amazing.

Unfortunately, no matter how good any Dell product will ever be (phone, computer, etc.) I'll never purchase anything Dell again for the rest of my life. From what happened to me, Dell broke laws and screwed me over big time. Even when given multiple opportunities to make it right, they refused. Even when I took it to small claims court to show I was serious, even after that their representative was surprised they didn't offer more than they did to do right by me.

Just warning all of you out there, in case you have a major issue with anything you buy from them. Worst experience I've had dealing with a company, EVER....
