Dell Vostro 2520 Graphic Card

Can anyone confirm me which is the default inbuilt graphic card sold with dell vostro 2520 (core i3).

I saw the tech specs on dell website. here is the link

They have written it as :
"Intel® HD Graphics / Intel® HD Graphics 4000 (depends on processor selected)--for ICC"

Can anyone confirm me Is it simple HD Graphics or HD 4000 Card ?.

When all other companies are selling their laptops with inbuilt HD4000 Card then why is DELL giving a choice of Simple HD and HD4000 ?
