Dell XPS 720X (New) fan seems to run too much

Hello,
I have a new Dell XPS 720X and was wondering why the cooling fan runs most of the time, even when I am only on the desktop and there is minimal load on the processor and graphics card.

weather you have a program running or not its gonna stay the same speed u might here the hard drive going or the disk drive when you open like a game or tab but im pretty sure the fan stay's the same speed...
