Denied access to services programmatically

Hi,

My windows application written by visual studio 4.5 access services programmerticallly to authentication and retrieve data. which is working fine for majority of clients. but one client can't access those services. I typed manually those web addresses in his address bar of web browser then I can access those services from his PC.

I disabled his firewall and bitdefender antivirus but no luck. initially we thought his router might coase the issue so has taken his computer to several places to check and but I couldn't make that programmer work.I cant find any ip restriction in his PC. his operation system is windows 7 and SP1 64 bit.I have done everything to fix the issue but still I couldn't come cross with better solution.

one of colleague has windows 7 sp1 computer but he can access to those services.what else can restrict accessing services. looking for PC guru's help.

What are you referring to as "services"?

You mean .net 4.5? web services?
The app didn't have any error log?

yes it is WCF service, this is the error returning from error log Error occurred when connecting to https/authentication.business.gov.au/R3.0/vanguard/S007v1.2/service.svc Error occurred when closing the client connection. An unsecured or incorrectly secured fault was received from the other party.
