Desktop clock that shows all hours in a list

Hi,
Im searching for a desktop clock that shows all 24 hours (or less, choosing which ones) in the desktop in a list, and the clock itself is a moving line that goes downwards with the time. It would be also very helpful if i could color or put a mark in the hours I choose to.

Does something like this exist?

possibly --if you have a windows version that can use gadgets--though you would have to sit and look through a lot of clock gadgets to see

theres probably been god knows how many thousand clock gadgets so you may be looking a very long time
