Detailed bandwidth monitoring

I'm looking for a program that will ideally monitor both internet and network bandwidth usage. One or the other would be okay.

It also needs to show application/process specific usage. Like how much firefox is using, how much a game is using, how much windows update is using. The more details the merrier. I'd like to be able to monitor kb/sec usage from each process as well as total and percent usage.

Are there any free programs remotely like this?

NetLimiter works fine for me... It has both, network and internet monitoring and limiting features. It also has many other features like firewall but I don't use them because I have other software for those purposes.
