Task.EXE 50%+ CPU usage at all times

No apps in Process is using any CPU, but its in the resource monitor so I assume it's a virus.
I have tried everything I could find on Google, MalwareBytes, Adwcleaner etc. etc.
I already reset Chrome settings as well (Not sure if related or not but I already did it)
My room doesn't really have the best cooling so the CPU usage makes the CPU fan running high all the time so its really bothering me.
Any possible fixes? (Too much files to backup so I would leave formatting the system to be the last resort)

Been trying with MalwareBytes all day, some other previous virus scanners did scan out quite a lot of Adware and few Malware, but those are all paid to use. When I do the scan on Malwarebytes those viruses that appears on other scanners doesn't seem to be detected.
Right Clicking on the Task.exe on Resource Monitor doesn't provide the option to look for the file location

go back to task manager to right click
and start backup your data, just in case
