Device to turn tv on or off via HDMI using Alexa

Is there a device you can plug into a HDMI-CEC that has wifi to enable Alexa control to turn off the TV. I can use the fire stick to turn on the tv by voice control with the echo but cant turn it off.

I think that's the way CEC is supposed to work so anything using CEC won't turn off the TV. It works the same way for me with a Panasonic BD player and TV.
You could use a Logitech Harmony remote

You need a BroadLink RM mini3. It will allow you to control anything from Alexa that uses a remote control.
