Solved! Device with increased buffer to stream smooth video

Hello, I am receiving video from a transmitter about 60 to 100 km away. But the video sometimes cuts off because of bad signal and then reconnects again. I want to put a device in the middle with an increased buffer size, which will increase the delay, but will stream a smooth video to the monitor. Is there any device like this? Or any way to accomplish this?

I don't think you will find such a device. The RF from the transmitter can't be "buffered". That would have to be done in the receiver after it has been converted to a video signal.
